In this module, we’ll explore the nature of health and wellbeing. What does it look like to you? How does a healthy person present themselves? Given that our healthcare system is focused on finding and treating illness, it’s understandable why most people don’t have a sense of what being healthy really means.

The medical model’s focus on illness promotes fear. We’ll talk about how to handle that fear. Sick people are obsessed about their health; healthy people live life to the fullest. Being truly healthy means so much more than just an absence of disease. It means being active, joyful, purposeful… and liberated from the tyranny of fear and worry.

In this module, you’ll:

• Discover how to reimagine and refocus your life and your views on health
• Explore how to deal with a health challenge in a radically new way that doesn’t focus on illness at all
• Find out how to shift your awareness and energy towards living life instead of being obsessed about the state of your health

Truly living a life of purpose, joy, and wellbeing requires self-love. Yet, most people don’t know how to love themselves. We live in a world where we are not taught how to love ourselves, nor what it means to do so or how vitally important it is. In this module, we’ll clarify what self-love means — and what it doesn’t mean. We’ll also look at the dynamics of how a lack of self-love can engertically contribute to illness and disease.

In this module, you’ll:

• Understand why not loving yourself is selfish and egotistical
• Be given simple tools for increasing your self-love
• Learn how to support your family members and loved ones in increasing their own self-love
• Explore how self-love strengthens a relationship — and how the absence of it undermines the relationship
• Hear why Aniita believes that if she had known how to love herself, she probably wouldn’t have become stricken with cancer

Fear, anxiety, and stress are a significant issue for many of us because we’ve been conditioned to approach our problems and issues from a place of fear or scarcity. This attitude stems from a belief that we’re nothing more than 5-sensory beings living in a physical world with a finite amount of resources for a finite period of time. This scarcity mentality tells us that there’s not enough money to go around, not enough workplaces that will hire us, not enough people who will love us, and not enough time to complete all that we need to do.

Just as significantly, when we believe we live in a random universe and don’t have a feeling of connection with something greater than ourselves, we fear death, illness, and everything else that can possibly go wrong in our lives. All of these omnipresent stresses, anxieties, and fears are at the root of many of our physical illnesses. In actuality, we are far more than we think, and far more powerful. If you could gaze into a magical mirror that reflected your true essence, you would be awed by the pure, radiant beauty of your soul. And when you realize your true nature, fear vanishes.

In this module, you’ll:

• Recognize that fear occurs in the absence of love
• Develop tools to access your intuition
• Understand why your intuition is harder to access when you’re in a fear state
• Experience that when your fears dissipate, your energy expands, thereby attracting more wellness, purpose, and abundance into your life
• Participate in an energy experiment with other members of the group

Dr. Brian Walker will speak about some of the challenges faced by doctors who take a more holistic approach to health and healing. He’ll also advise on how to choose your doctor, when you should consider getting a second opinion, and what kind of questions you should be asking your doctor to see if they’re a good fit for you.

“Dr. Walker is my former MD, and was there with me during the time of my illness,” says Anita. “He was open to different therapies and treatments because I was really scared of the cancer, and I was very resistant to getting chemotherapy. When I would go to the hospital and deal with oncologists, I would be really, really scared. I found Brian’s approach gentler. He would talk to me about all of it — the chemotherapy, the alternatives, everything, and I felt better and safer with him than with anybody else.

“Unfortunately, everything that I tried was just not working, and so my health continued to deteriorate. He was with me in the hospital when I went in the coma. When he left the hospital that day, he truly thought that I was not coming back and that the next time he would see me was at my funeral. He truly believed that. He was absolutely stunned when I came through it. He came to see me in the hospital a few days later and he was grinning from ear to ear.”

This module will be focused on helping empaths distinguish between their emotions and those of others, identifying their needs, and developing a clear way to express their needs.

• Gain a deeper level of understanding of what it means to be an empath
• Explore the gifts that come with being an empath, as well as the drawbacks
• Discover how to rise above the fear and anger that are so prevalent in the world today

This module will explore how self-love heals the world. We cannot heal the world unless we heal the self, and for this, we need self-care, self-compassion, and nurturing. We also need our intuition, which is at its strongest when we’re in a state of love.

Many people are trying to fix the world, but unless they fix themselves first, they can’t fix the world. People take themselves wherever they go — whether it’s an angry self, depleted self, or whatever state they’re in. A sick world means a world of sick individuals. Only when each individual heals will we see a healed world.

In this module, you’ll:

• Discover how to cultivate an “inside out” worldview — and why it’s so essential to do so
• Find out how to stop giving your power to the physical world
• Explore the energetics of why we need to be compassionate and loving towards ourselves, and encourage others to do the same
