Dr. Dan Baker is a world leading strength and conditioning coach in areas of expertise of strength, power, and specific conditioning. In his 30 years as a strength and conditioning coach, he spent 19 years working in the national rugby league in Australia, helping to bring 4 national championships to the Brisbane Broncos. During his time with the Broncos he was able to receive a doctorate in sports science, and is the president of the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
