Story is the art of capturing a moment of shared time and crystallizing it with intention to take a person beyond the moment in which they are living.

The greatest stories capture the attention and move it to awe, holding it suspended in time while the retelling of the event reveals itself … telling the listener (reader or viewer) what has transpired and what is known as a result. Sometimes what is revealed is only accessible hours, days, months or decades later, such is the power of story to entrance and enthrall delaying the power and impact of the tale until the receiver is ripe for the reward.

There is a magic to the way story intertwines with time itself, collapsing time into bits and recoding it according to the intentions held by the teller.
