I pushed myself so hard out of my comfort zone that I’d go home and cry in a pillow after. I changed my life.

I knew it wasn’t going to just end there… I then went on to teach men of all ethnics, all ages, around the world. I want to pass this knowledge, experience and skill to transform their lives.
