It’s a question I get asked a lot:

“Lisa, how did you do it? How did you go from being an unknown to one of the most influential entrepreneurs in the online community seemingly overnight? How did you build a $2.2 million-plus business in less than 3 years…and then go on to break $4 million just a year after that?”

And I really wish I had a simple answer to this question. But I don’t. Because there were MANY factors that led to my success.

First of all, if making money from your “thing” seems complicated, I know where you’re coming from. You see, when I first started my business I didn’t have a clue what I should be doing. In fact, I started my business like many of you may have – my job ended and rather than find another one, I decided to try my hand at being an entrepreneur.
