It really has accelerated my recovery. Every now and then I note things I have not been able to do for at least five years. Today I could swim much longer than many years ago. I can walk longer. I manage mostly to walk with my walker without needing the wheelchair. Shorter distances indoors I walk without anything aiding me. I could walk the stairs down and up without using the elevator the other day. I live on the 4th floor.
